Jennifer Molina
Jennifer Molina received her Juris Doctor from the American University – Washington College of Law and her Bachelors from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). As an attorney, Ms. Molina has represented hundreds of individuals in family and immigration law matters, including:
Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and Convention Against Torture (CAT)
Visas for crime survivors (T and U)
Visas for survivors of domestic violence
Visas for children – Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
Family petitions and consular processing
Ms. Molina particularly enjoys winning cases for individuals detained by immigration authorities and of asylum.
Ms. Molina is licensed to practice law in Maryland and Washington DC. She has represented individuals before the Arlington, Newark, Cleveland, and Baltimore Immigration Courts, U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS), Maryland Circuit Courts, and Washington, DC Superior Court.
Ms. Molina has received the Maryland Rising Star Award from Super Lawyers, has been nominated as the MVLS’s volunteer of the month, and has participated in the MSBA’s Leadership Academy.
Ms. Molina grew up in Bogota, Colombia and is a native Spanish speaker.
Ania Silva
Ania Silva is a mom from Guatemala, where she became a psychologist and human rights defender, she is currently studying to become a certified interpreter.
Estuardo Bernabe Garcia Pantaleon
Estuardo Bernabe Garcia Pantaleon is from Guatemala and the second of three children. He is a Legal Assistant at Molina Immigration Legal Services. Estuardo joined the team in 2021 and since then has become an essential team member, he is responsible for answering the phone and regularly communicating with the office’s clients.
Lilian Cruz
Lilian Cruz, a recent graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, served as the Secretary for the Latin American Law Students Association during her time at the university. Additionally, she honed her legal skills as a student attorney in the Immigrant Rights Clinic, representing clients in asylum and other immigration-related proceedings.
Prior to law school, Lilian graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Fordham University. She is a Maryland native and speaks fluent Spanish.
Alejandra Castellanos
Alejandra Cruz studied Dentistry during 5 years at Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, but after struggling with the dilemma of her true calling, she decided to seek new career paths. Since then, she has studied Legal Translation at Loyola Global Hemisphere and written a book. She is a self-published author and a photographer, a job that allows her to combine her love for art with her passion for documenting the reality of her nation.As a writer she has understood the relevance of connecting worlds and people, which drove her to want to become a translator.
She enjoys helping others go beyond the world they know and opening new perspectives through telling stories and providing translating and interpreting assistance to those in need. She has worked as a blog writer and also uses her free time to volunteer for non-profit organizations through Catchafire.org. Alejandra has always proven to be sensitive to social issues, injustice, and the protection of minorities, which is why she's grateful to work for a company that brings a light to Latin American immigrants who seek a better and more equal way to live.
